The Self Care Essential Oil Collection is a set of three exotic and intoxicating oil blends that helps you clear out negative emotions that block relaxation, achieve mindfulness, and give yourself permission to relax. Emotional Detox Oil Blend is an energizing oil with a citrusy herbal aroma that can recharge the mind and body. It contains oils of Frankincense, Clary Sage, Lemon, Neroli, Patchouli, Vanilla, Rose, & Sandalwood.
Mindful Spirit Oil Blend is a citrusy floral oil that is uplifting and banishes heavy emotions. It contains Lavender, Lemon, Lime, Clary Sage, Peppermint, Spearmint, & Rosemary.
Chill Time Oil Blend is a citrusy oil with a hint of mint that elevates the mood and alleviates stress. It contains Vetiver, Bergamot, Frankincense, Grapefruit, Geranium, Spearmint & Rose
The Collection contains three 10ML bottles of pure essential oils.
How to use:
Diffusing: Add 3 - 5 drops of oil to 4 oz. of water in an oil diffuser
Bath and Body: Dilute 4-6 drops in 2 Tbsp of a carrier oil before applying to the skin. (Undiluted essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin.) Massage into the bottom of the feet before bed to encourage restful sleep.
Make bath salts to encourage relaxation and relieve stress. Combine 3 cups Epsom salts, 30 drops of essential oil and ½ cup carrier oil. Mix this well and store it in a jar. Add 2 scoops to a warm bath and enjoy.
